Central Coast Flower Markets is not just a marketplace for blooms; it`s living proof of a rich history of love for nature, rooted in the childhood experiences of our founder, Wazza. At the tender age of 15, driven by his passion, he took his first entrepreneurial steps by venturing into the world of selling local carnations, roses, and sunflowers. Little did he know that these youthful endeavors would plant the seeds for a lifelong commitment to the floral arts. The fragrance of blossoms at our doors carries with it the nostalgia of a young entrepreneur who, surrounded by the beauty of nature, embarked on a journey that would eventually blossom into Central Coast Flower Markets. Central Coast Flower Markets’ mission echoes the wishes of our founder, Wazza. The commitment to providing affordable flowers is not just a business strategy but a reflection of the deep-rooted belief that the beauty of flowers should be accessible to all. Residents of Yarramalong and customers across the Central Coast are invited to experience the joy and charm that fresh blooms bring, without breaking the bank. This mission is a tribute to Wazza`s humble beginnings and a commitment to sharing the enchantment of flowers with the community.

About Yarramalong
A suburb and township located within the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, Yarramalong is part of the local government area of the Central Coast Council. The Yarramalong Valley is located in the Darkinjung people`s homeland. The name is derived from two Aboriginal words: "long," which means location, and "Yarraman," which means horse. The term "yira" or "yera," which means "large teeth," is assumed to be the source of the word "yarraman," presumably from one of the Sydney languages. The Stinson and Waters families of Maitland were the first to permanently settle in the Yarramalong Valley in 1856. Before the 1850s, teams of oxen from Wollombi and Maitland were driven by timber cutters to log the valley. Numerous horse stud farms, citrus farms, macadamia nut farms, lavender farms, and turf farms can all be found in Yarramalong Valley. Additionally, Yarramalong, Kulnura, and Cedar Brush Creek to the north are crossed by the Great North Walk.
